The
headquarter of Lantai Plastics Machinery Co.,Ltd located
in Lanzhou, P.R. China. Lantai was created by Rubber &
Plastics Machinery Research Institute of TIANHUA
CHEMICAL MACHINERY AND AUTOMATION RESEARCH INSTITUTE.
Lantai is the birthplace of twin screw extruder in
China. We have been researching and developing twin screw
extruder for more than 40 years. We have undertaken many
research items from the National Committee of Science
and Technology, SINOPEC and the Ministry of Chemical
Industry. We have developed more than 15 types plastics
machinery so far. Some of them got innovation Prizes,
the progress Prizes of Science and Technology of the
Nation, Provinces and the Ministry of Chemical Industry.
We have
lots experiences in plastics machinery manufacture area,
the size of Lanzhou factory is about 2100m2,
we have more than 60 sets processing equipment, 6 sister
-factory, 3 labs, 5 worktables, 2 multi-functional
inspecting stands for commissioning. Lantai is a
first-class base for research and manufacture of
plastics machinery.
We have
reliable quality control system, we have passed CE and
ISO9000 certification.
We have
draft two Chinese Industry Standards,
JB/T5420-91(Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruder) and
JB/5417-91(Plastics Degassing Extruder). There are
plastics machinery engineers, chemical machinery
engineers, machinery fabrication engineers, electronic
control engineers, high molecular materials engineers,
metal materials engineers, and heat treatment engineers
in our company, All of our products are designed via
CAD. Network has been used in new products developing
and manages system.
